New description:

 Batterymon (http://code.google.com/p/batterymon/) is a battery monitor
 python script for the GNOME panel that seems to work well on the XO-1.5.
 Could we package it for Fedora?

 I think the tasks involved would be:

  * make an RPM.  It seems to look for its icons in /usr/share/batterymon/,
 so that's a good place to install those
  * the python script could become /usr/bin/batterymon
  * it doesn't use gettext, so it's currently English-only (and the English
 in the panel notification contains a typo -- "remainging"; we should
 gettext-ize it
  * get a Spanish translation made as a priority so that we can ship it
  * need to tell GNOME to start /usr/bin/batterymon as a startup
 application
  * send changes to batterymon upstream
