 The fix is trivial if we want to do in on Wikipedia.xo itself -- as per
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activity_bundles#activity.2Fpermissions.info we
 need to do add a `permissions.info` file containing `constant-uid`.

 As cjb mentions, there is probably a whitelist of such apps. But we don't
 need to touch the whitelist, the activity can ask for this on its own.
