Comment:

 Tested os64, os108, and a local current build, the charge percentage
 display does indeed update and appears to be consistent given external DC
 changes over time.  Tested with and without suspend.

 Minor issue found; when external DC is applied, and the status LED goes
 orange, the status changes from ''hh:mm remaining'' to ''Charged'' and
 sits there several seconds before it moves to ''Charging''.  I don't think
 this needs fixing.
