 test in os108; patch applied was http://dev.laptop.org/git/projects/olpc-
 os-builder/commit/?id=e63d5a6384c22591ebf396aa48e7a3a4a669b664

 when os109 comes out, test that bandwidth/time needed to rsync across two
 differnt prelinked builds is reasonable
