Comment(by wad):

 This problem only occurs on laptops which haven't been ECO'd to fix the
 internal SD power sequencing problem on resume.

 The codec manufacturer identified a problem with an internal rail not
 being discharged quick enough, and a bleeder resistor was added to C2 to
 fix.
