Comment(by wad):

 We have tested all the production 17W adapters, running at 220V, with
 XO-1.5.  While some of them didn't charge the laptop (at least not while
 running), none failed.

 We have fixed the peak power drawn by the laptop at 25W (early prototypes,
 such as B2, drew more), and are shipping with adapters that supply that
 much power without exceeding our thermal limits.
