 q2e41.  'copy-nand u:\802B1.img'  Pressed 'check' game-key when power-on.
 If there is file /security/develop.sig present (either on a removable
 device or in nand), when the XO-1 boots there is (electrical) power on the
 USB sockets, and my external USB devices work.

 When there is NO develop.sig file present, OFW still thinks the nand
 content is legitimate (it says "OS found" and "RD found") -- but
 electrical power is never present at the XO-1 USB sockets -- my external
 USB devices are "dead".
