 So...I'm still unable to reproduce this problem.  Some staring at the
 code, however, has led me to find a bug which certainly *could* be the
 cause.  Essentially, streaming buffers were being remembered by the camera
 from one streamon/streamoff run to the next, even though the videobuf
 layer had long since forgotten about them.  Under this scenario, the first
 run will never oops, but there is a small chance of crashes in subsequent
 runs.  This matches the posted oops, where the camera had been run once
 successfully.

 I've pushed a fix into my tree, would love to hear if it fixes the problem
 for others.  It's a necessary fix regardless.
