 this seems to be a new one. testing a simple "ping" wakeup loop with ohm
 autosuspend, I ran into this:

 {{{
 [  574.584813] Restarting tasks ... done.
 [ 575.090380] libertas: EVENT: unknown event id 1
 [  579.100110] libertas: command 0x0006 timed out
 [ 579.104873] libertas: requeueing command 0x0006 due to timeout (#1)
 [  584.110110] libertas: command 0x0006 timed out
 [ 584.114830] libertas: requeueing command 0x0006 due to timeout (#2)
 [  589.120107] libertas: command 0x0006 timed out
 [ 589.124821] libertas: requeueing command 0x0006 due to timeout (#3)
 [  594.130110] libertas: command 0x0006 timed out
 [ 594.134860] libertas: Excessive timeouts submitting command 0x0006
 [  594.141785] libertas: PREP_CMD: command 0x0006 failed: -110
 [  594.147674] libertas: SCAN_CMD failed
 }}}
 followed by many more failures.

 At this time, the wifi LED was flashing rapidly and didn't stop.

 A few seconds later, the system tried to autosuspend. It is now in a slow,
 seemingly infinite loop trying to suspend, as all the commands fail.
