 Cl1batt program reviewed.  It is an ELF executable.  It has no references
 to /sys paths, so it must use some other method to read the battery status
 from within Linux.  I can't see any source code, so I don't know how it
 works.  The interface has changed since the previous builds, and I can't
 tell if this program has been changed to compensate.
