 "boot /xpinstall" with the installer on a USB key.  It fails to find a
 suitable device on which to install Windows.  The problem is that there is
 no BIOS drive mapping for the SD.  The mapping should be 0x80 for the SD
 and 0x81 for the USB key, with 0x81 passed to startup via bios-boot-dev# .
