 Q2E42d hangs before booting operating system if an external keyboard and
 mouse are attached.  Q2E41 does not hang in the same configuration.

 Serial port output in the case of the hang:

 If left for several minutes at this point, the battery LED is extinguished
 and begins to blink in cycles of four orange.

 The same keyboard and mouse attached to an XO-1.5 running Q3A33d does not
 prevent booting.
