 Reported by UY and duplicated by me:

 I believe the problem lies in the keyjector.fth script that doesn't check
 the XO power state before upgrading bootfw2.zip.

 Workflow.

 -Insert USB with both bootfw.zip and bootfw2.zip.

 -Turn XO, flash keyjector firmware, bootfw.zip.

 -While flashing remove battery or ac power.

 -XO reboots and does either a: keyjects or b: keyject test fails in which
 case:

 -a: keys are injected, XO reboots and flash bootfw2.zip
 -b: keys are not injected and immediately proceeds to flash bootfw2.zip

 UY has seen problems in the field when the above procedure was performed.
 At times power has been lost during the bootfw2.zip update resulting in
 corrupt firmware.
