Restarted Sugar with ctrl-alt-erase. When Home View came up, I
accidentally double-clicked (instead of single-clicking) on the Terminal
 icon in the ring.

Terminal came up. There was also a second Terminal icon in Frame -- this
one kept pulsing and pulsing and pulsing and ...

After many minutes, I wanted to get rid of the pulsing (second) icon in
the Frame - but its palette only showed the 'Starting' line. Took system
 dump.

Clicked on 'Stop' in the palette of the first Terminal icon -- that
session ended (and its icon went away). What had been the second icon
moved to first position in Frame and stopped pulsing -- it now showed a
normal palette. But when I clicked on 'Resume' in this icon's palette,
there was no session. Took system dump.
