 Ok, so my small NM changes did not help. This leaves us with 3 suspects:
 wpa_supplicant, kernel driver and Libertas firmware. And the problem is
 very likely to be in the interaction between them.

 We are going to avoid debugging the kernel and libertas interaction.

 Can I ask you to test...?

  - whether this newer wpa_supplicant fixes the problem -
 http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=80963 (get the i386
 rpm)

  - whether the F11-for-XO-1 OS works correctly, or shows the bug
