Comment:

 Tested on os200 on XO-1.5 C1 using a one second repeating ping from a
 desktop system.  This effectively keeps the laptop awake, which is no
 doubt the design intent.

 Stopping the ping allows the laptop to idle suspend.

 Resuming the ping using just one packet (ping -c 1 -w 10) wakes the
 laptop; the first packet latency is 266 to 267 ms (over five samples).

 Given that this works, I'm lowering the priority.  What else needs to be
 done on this ticket?
