 cjl, thanks for your efforts in reviewing old bugs.  Please do continue.

 You mentioned that you did not recognise an XO-specific nature for this
 problem ... that's because there isn't an XO-specific nature, the problem
 occurs with any deployment of the same version of Sugar.

 It's not the XO-specific nature of the problem that causes us to track it
 here, but rather that OLPC has a development team who is working to fix
 it, and therefore they are using the OLPC tracker to track it rather than
 bother Sugar Labs with it.  This helps the team because the bugs are all
 in one place, and allows the bug tracking system to operate as a software
 production control system at the same time.  This dual-use can cause
 misunderstanding, for which we apologise.
