 I see that a bit of a mass change has been done to a few activities'
 tickets, knocking out expected actions for many items and a few other
 fields in its wake.

 While I agree there is a need for a historical cleanup, with newer tickets
 there is dual tracking going on in both the OLPC and Sugar bug trackers.
 If we find something we consider important enough to track for our
 releases, an OLPC ticket is filed.  We may roll the fix into our own
 releases, supported by the new dotted/deployment-specific activity version
 support (#10379).  If it needs to be fixed in Sugar mainline, we will file
 a Sugar ticket.

 If there is a perceived need that going forward we need to disable the
 ability to log components in one tracker in favor of another that should
 be raised to the Sugar & OLPC development mailing lists.
