 it would be useful in some cases to suppress the mesh function on XO-1.

 the attached patch adds a libertas module parameter to do that.  in the
 list discussion i thought that it would be possible to suppress just the
 default enabling of the mesh (but still allow it to be enabled later with
 lbs_mesh), but that turns out to be more difficult.  what's easy is
 disabling it altogether.
