 Tested in various languages within 10.1.3 os360 that Untitled items get
 that title in the currently set language when copied to a USB stick.

 Created an untitled file on a 8.2.1 XO-1 as well and made sure that the
 file was renamed on the USB stick to the current language's Untitled
 variant and was able to be opened.

 If two "Untitled" files are created in 8.2.1 though it starts creating
 "_#.ext" files to avoid collisions, and for some reason we are not
 properly converting/spotting the metadata in that case.
