In #10235 we tried to work around the fact that the audio level was
perceived to be lower on an XO-1.5 within Linux versus an XO-1 by
increasing the default volume of the XO-1.5's main digital volume control.
This ticket is to look for a better fix. In general there are some areas
where an XO-1 sounds different enough from an XO-1.5 to the point it might
be possible to identify which is which in a blind audio test.
It also might be worth comparing the XO-1 & 1.5 to a 1.75 system.
