Comment:

 Tested SISUSB in both Sugar and Gnome on an XO-1 & 1.5 in 10.1.3 os359 &
 other builds.  Tried suspending the laptop, restoring it,
 unplugging/replugging the USB VGA adapter into the same/different ports,
 etc.

 Forked off some of the issues as #10570, #10569, & #10570 for tracking
 purposes.
