 The SiSUSB VGA driver may need to be nudged by moving the mouse, typing,
 having something on screen just change, etc. to flush updated items on the
 screen to its output VGA connector.

 I believe Martin has pushed this upstream as a known issue.

 Forking this from #10210 for tracking/documentation purposes.  Tested in
 10.1.3 os360 and prior.
