 Right, so this has turned out to be 3 different bugs - which I've split up
 at Simon's request

  * #10567 olpc-rotate rotates 'Screen', should rotate ouput
  * #10565 DPI grows by approx 1px on each rotation
  * #10566 Browse/hulahop sets wrong DPI in rotated modes
