 Speak can run out of memory on an XO-1 and crash.

 See [Sugar:2533] as reported by the Melbourne test team (
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/MelbXOclub18Dec10 ).

 Speak is in the G1G1Lite series, and bug was found in os359, so we need to
 potentially consider Speak-19 (already created) for 10.1.3.

 I'm not certain though how "dumb" ALICE becomes by part of the fix
 (shrinking the size of its database).
