 The "test-all" command in Open Firmware is not executing the keyboard and
 mouse tests.

 Mitch already has a fix for this in a Q3A61e build he gave me to test.

 We are presuming that this change was unintentional.  If it was
 intentional, please comment that fact on this ticket.
