 I think we can live with "If you disabled networking, re-enable it from
 Sugar". So I would just tidy up and test the patch we have, controlling
 the Sugar side.

 Otherwise, we can fiddle with the wlan/rfkill state from olpc-session (and
 perhaps /etc/init.d/olpc-configure).
