 Reviewed ''olpc-configure''.

 The flag files should not be relevant, since ''configure_hw'' is called on
 every boot regardless.

 The same change to the ''Capture'' mixer setting should be done on both
 XO-1 and XO-1.5, since the problem (of the mixer setting being in an
 uncertain state) affects both.  It should also solve the dB difference
 that I wrote up in comment [comment:9] above.

 Tested by adding the command.  On next boot, Capture was set to 100%.  I
 changed it to 0% and rebooted.  After reboot, it was again at 100%.
