Comment:

 Tested all sorts of scenarios across several 10.1.3 builds up to os355
 with custom made activity.info and Wiki update pages with invalid entries,
 valid entries, entries which went up in different decimal places, etc.

 In general the system seems to just log an exception and ignores invalid
 activities (locally or remotely specified) while showing all others
 usable/updatable so it seems we are relatively stable.
