 By legal paranoia I meant that all the *py files should be updated with
 the proper years/owners of copyright whenever they are updated in source
 control.  We do ship them for viewing and not just pre-compiled items.

 But as far as I know, this ticket for now is just about fixing the date in
 the "About" control panel.
