Comment:

 Can we fix this for 10.1.3?  It feels wrong to release near the end of
 2010 with a 2009 date.

 The patch should be trivial.

 {This general concept probably should be a significant OLPC & Sugar
 discussion along with legal counsel.  While I imagine no one is going to
 go crazy ripping us off, all my past employers had strict policies on when
 these dates got bumped and when to add their name to the list of existing
 copyrights on a file.

 While we might be able to ask someone to cease & desist if someone release
 a "CPLO Aspartame" release without giving anyone proper credit, this
 really needs to be in order if legal recovery costs and/or damages are to
 be requested.}
