 The wikibrowse / wikiserver activity codebase hides some tricky
 complications that make maintenance a fiddly timesink.

  * The codebase has es_PE hardcoded in various places - this needs to be
 substituted for en_US releases.
  * activity.info and activity.py need to be edited for the activity name,
 exec line and classname.

 Adding more languages complicates this even more.

 We need a makefile or similar that takes the 'locale' string and builds
 the right bundle.
