Comment:

 Both WikipediaEN and ES were painfully slow.

 I've profiled it and narrowed down on template expansion. By
 inlining/expanding the templates directly in the datadump, we shrink the
 data and make it radically faster.

 Sample timings on XO1.5 are

 Argentina 31s to 13s (worst-case - extremely heavy page in size and
 template usage, 365KB HTML payload!)
 Andorra 22s to 2.6s (large-ish page, heavy template usage - 71KB HTML
 payload)
 Lógica 6s to 3s
