 The Read activity should setup dpad left/right to move a document being
 read left/right, since it already uses dpad up/down to move in those
 directions.

 If a text field is highlighted and the dpad moves, we currently move the
 cursor in the dpad field.

 This is helpful if we are in an XO's ebook mode and the screen is rotated,
 or just in general if we are zoomed into a document.

 Seen in 10.1.3 os355.
