Comment:

 fixed in dracut-modules-olpc-0.5.1. New runrd initramfs is python-free and
 is 2.6mb (down from 6mb). Figured out how to drop that to 1.9mb or less,
 will keep working.

 also pushed a change to olpc-os-builder signing module to support this.
