 XO1 os373pyg, when restarting in gnome, signal strength shows 100% and no
 net access, like sugar. Reconnecting gives correct strength and net
 access. Can then switch to sugar and get net access all within the 3-5
 minutes that sugar net access would be blocked.

 Implies that Marvel firmware is mostly ok.
