 Q2E45 on XO-1. I made a polished, small initramfs 1/3 of the size of the
 current shipped version, in hope of cutting down boot delay a bit.

 With this initramfs, while OFW says "Loading ramdisk from ...", it spends
 ~35 seconds there before printing the newline character and starting the
 kernel.
