#10317: My Settings > Network > Wireless: text/code is backwards

 The text says:
Turn off the wireless radio to save battery life.
 The checkbox is labeled Radio.

The box is checked (default). The radio is on.
If I uncheck the box, the radio goes off.

 That seems backwards to me.

I think there are two ways to fix this. One is to change the text to
match the behavior we are used to. The other is to fix the code to match
the current text (and switch the default to unchecked).
