Comment:

 Tested on XO-1 build os851, applied patch manually, restarted Sugar, used
 Software update to install an activity not previously installed, after
 this the activities were now correctly shown in home view in favorites
 view (F3, ctrl-1) and list view (F3, ctrl-2) without requiring a restart.
