 I have one XO that can easily reproduce the problem.  I don't think I've
 see it on the other one.

 The trick is to let it sit a while turned off.  I don't know how long it
 has to wait.

 It can be frustrating to get it to boot.  In hindsight, I encountered this
 problem several months ago.  Sorry I didn't report it then.  (I was
 chasing something else and didn't notice the correlation with being turned
 off for a while.)

 My first guess was that something like the CPU had to warm up.  Since
 then, I've discovered that it only takes a few seconds of memtest to make
 it boot.  There is probably more information in there, but I don't have
 any good ideas.
