 os201 is certainly not release 10.1.1.  os201 was one of the builds
 leading up to that release, but it certainly was not the release.

 http://lists.laptop.org/pipermail/devel/2010-July/029254.html contains the
 release 10.1.1 announcement on the 7th July, and it identifies os206 as
 the build.  So do the release notes for the release.

 So what was os201?  It was built on 29th January.
 http://lists.laptop.org/pipermail/devel/2010-January/027377.html contains
 advice from the release engineer Chris Ball that os201 was a signed
 version of os109, which was released on 27th January as part of the
 leading-up-to 10.2.0 release stream.

 The factory installed build os201 because OLPC directed them to.  Look at
 the serial numbers of your units to find the year and week of production
 ... SHbYWW00000 ... the Y is last digit of year, the WW is the ISO week
 number.
