 os201 is not release 10.1.1, it led up to it.  os201 was a development
 build between release 10.1.0 and release 10.1.1.  os64 is release 10.1.0.
 os206 is release 10.1.1.

 In that case, yes, known problem, long since fixed.  Use at least os206.

 To solve requires a kernel update.  Our supported kernel update methods
 are:
  * install a build with fs-update, losing current journal and activities,
 or;
  * upgrade to a build with olpc-update, preserving current journal and
 activities.
