Comment:

 Review with engineering team.

 Release 10.1.1 build os206 released in July contains the fix to #9853
 regarding image flip made five months ago, and no significant camera
 driver changes have been made since.

 Need feedback from Sridhar on exactly what build and Record activity
 version is experiencing this problem.  Please also supply a sample image.

 I've also taken several photographs of text, in case I was having a bad
 brain day, and it is not mirrored.
