 i've tracked the mouse and keyboard disable to a function in the EC that's
 being called during suspend/resume, as a result of PCIRESET# assertion.
 i'll figure out how to undo the effects of this with EC commands.

 what's not clear is why we don't see the same issue on 1.5.
