 We've got more info on frequency of this (these ?) problem now.

 In CL1C runin over the weekend, using OS850 and Q3A50, 5 incidences of OFW
 failing to restart after reflashing, and 5 incidences of OFW failing to
 load the kernel occurred.  In all cases, after rebooting the laptop with
 the power button, the problem was not seen again.
