 Reproduced this bug on 8.2.1 on an XO-1 -- this doesn't seem to be a
 regressoin. Upon resume after a short sleep, wifi did not work. According
 to the admin page of my AP, the XO was no longer associated. Reconnecting
 to the network restored connectivity.
