 About 100ms (avg 105.627ms, mdev 0.367ms). This is from the university
 network (=> high bandwidth). I also can't imagine how a slow link would
 matter for a file that easily fits in two ethernet packets and even less
 why Trac would throw a MemoryError.

 It seems to be browser-dependent, though: With w3m, I always get the
 MemoryError, but I could attach the file quite fine using conkeror right
 now.
 Note that I use the same browser for interacting with
 [https://bugs.sugarlabs.org] (where I can attach files quite fine) and
 that I could also attach files on dev.laptop.org some time ago (several
 months?).
