 The favorites view activity palettes have menus which allow you to resume
 recent activities from the journal, but these aren't working in
 sugar-0.84.20.

 Need to cherry-pick
 http://cgit.sugarlabs.org/sugar/mainline/commit/?h=sucrose-0.86&id=1f7d0394680aca0eabd9e6451b98bb141cd71c71
 into 0.84 (done).
