 If it adds that much, leave it as it is (I'm in a similar situation as
 yours - I speak en_IN) :-).
 Possible issues we may face
  * The fallback is to the "posix C" locale - and some activities may choke
 (eg: Distance used to choke earlier) - since the Python setlocale() causes
 an exception if it cannot find the locale data
  * Currency symbols, and date formats may be "wrong" for a given locale.
 Other things like paper-size, etc do not effect us much, and collation,
 names of months, etc should not be different between English locales.
