Comment:

 Retested on q3a36, with two C1, and batteries discharged to the point of
 automatic shutdown.  Same test method as two weeks ago; AP tag only,
 laptops were on at the time they turned themselves off.

 Out of 20 cycles, there were three instances where applying external DC
 did not cause the laptop to start.  I wasn't able to figure out what might
 have caused this.
